I published some blogs consisting of contents from my eBook "Technology Upgraded Morals Degraded", quite some time ago. As I look at the current environment of day to day, it is still very live and relevant, even after a long time when I wrote those subjects. I am going to continue on to publish some of those that are missing from my recent platform.
What do you think is the most serious problem facing our world today?
Greed, Corruption, War, Arm trade, Nuclear Threat, Pure Selfishness, Ignorance, Indifference, No Compassion, Hunger, Poverty, Ill-literacy, Overpopulation, Global warming, Religious fanaticism, Terrorism, Gangsters, Drug Trafficking or Mafia?
We will discuss some of the issues in detail according to their nature and as to my perception and understanding. Some are discussed a little bit more in detail than others and some of the issues are addressed indirectly, while some have their silent features. As you may go through these pages you will find some real stories too, that you don’t get bored. Some of the readings will require you to think a little bit and that you have to read between the lines to discover the silent features of the writings as well as some silent messages.
Media is highly misused tool:
Such a powerful communication medium of information could be more educational. While visiting with friends the T.V. is often on in the background and the content that I see is a lot of stuff, and shocking news about murders. Though worthy of mentioning it's not worth repeating something that neither I nor anyone five states away could do anything about over and over again. The broadcast content is steered by product sponsors too much, and not by education or "edutainment" enough.
In a society where freedom of the press is enshrined in the Constitution, our media largely acts as a megaphone for those in power.
It was not that long time ago, when journalism was going forward toward freedom from government powers to independence (especially in some of the developing countries), Journalism along with the emerging of T.V. and technology, all those got popular very soon in the masses as well as got support from general public. Now with even more advanced technology, media has gone too far and too bad. It is gone in to the hands of Corporate and its owners, therefore turned from good into bad. School textbooks carry a similar message. That's why people are so hungry for independent media, and are starting to make their own.
The internet’s financial press waxes muscular
Hacking is the most common “sophisticated” crime nowadays. Every second day there is a new type of deadly software virus which we are made aware of. It has engulfed a major chunk of the young and talented pool of today. Some people made money over the Internet and Internet schemes by legitimate ways. Now there are lots of people engaged in fraudulent schemes to make easy money. They have developed a whole bunch of artistic skills to target innocent, vulnerable, desperate people who are after some means to find some way to earn some money for a living.
In ancient times there were thieves of course but at what level their theft was? Compare it to the frauds and the type of invisible business tricks etc which are common every where in recent time. Compare to our time, it was almost to none at those days. In those ancient times even thieves knew their limit and their target. Even thieves of those times were fair and kind people. For instance; in some of the cultures in Asia, broken nail of a human being scattered in a house or room was considered evil. The story is like this: A group of thieves had their activity of theft in a house and collected the stuffs from the house and were leaving the place. While leaving, one of those thieves broke a piece of his nail that fell on the floor and scattered in the room. And then he starts looking for his piece of broken nail in the dark room. The other thief asks him to hurry up and run, “Forget the nail lest we will be caught”, the second thief said to the first one. The first thief said: “No, we robbed all of their belongings but we can’t leave them with the evil that they never get anything in future”. Even he could be caught up, but he (the thief) did not cross the line. Now we are literate, smart and are living comfortable lives compared to those people and still target the vulnerable, as we discussed above. Most of the time these people take away beyond the capacity of their victim and cross the line, without even bothering of their victim.

MEDIA
Looking for morning news, I click on my computer. My Internet service flashes with color, the biggest houses, the biggest jewelry, the most expensive toys. Television is the same. The media are a river of adulation for all this glitter and the people who own it.Media is highly misused tool:

FRAUD
When fraud and scams began to rule their game over innocents then certainly it can be bad to worst where we could only see the financial losses in the names of cyber crime, Internet fraud, Phishing, Identity theft and what not.
Fraud Quote:
Internet fraud uses on line services to present fraudulent solicitations to prospective victims, to conduct fraudulent transactions, or to transmit the proceeds of fraud to financial institutions or to others connected with the scheme. InternetThe internet’s financial press waxes muscular
